Alcohol is not supplied by BarBike and must be purchased separately. You're welcome to source the alcohol yourself, or we can send you a pre-filled invoice directly from our preferred supplier so all you need to do is review, pay online, and choose your delivery address.

Yes. We are a registered food business, our bartenders hold valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificates, and we are insured for Public and Products Liability coverage at $20,000,000.

We serve events with 15 - 300 guests. Our minimum serving size is 25 cocktails. We currently take bookings up to 18 calendar months in advance and recommend locking in your date as early as possible to ensure our availability.

Our bike can fit through any space that’s wider than 900mm. It is fully self-sufficient and can be set up almost anywhere, with no need for electricity, water or drainage. The bike cannot go up stairs, so we require ground floor access or an elevator large enough to fit it. We will arrive 45-90 minutes early to allow enough time for setup.

Yes. For outdoor or partially outdoor events, we require suitable protection from sun and rain for the duration of service, such as shade or waterproof cover. If weather conditions are unfavourable and adequate protection is not provided, we may be unable to commence or continue service. In these circumstances, no refunds or credits can be issued.

Yes, Perth and beyond! We service the Greater Perth & South-West WA region, including Margaret River. Pay ZERO travel fees for events located within 25km of Perth CBD. For events located 25km or more from Perth CBD there is a cost of $2.5 per additional kilometer. For events located more than 200km outside of Perth CBD we require a $250 overnight fee in addition to the travel fees.

Unbreakable glassware is available for complimentary hire, with only a damage deposit required. We include eco-friendly disposable straws and glass collection service during the event. If you don’t consume all the cocktails, we’ll pour off up to 2 liters for each cocktail selection into jugs at no extra cost for you to responsibly enjoy after we leave.

This happens rarely, but in such cases the cocktail bike service will also end. Bubbles Bar service will still continue until the full service period ends.

Yes, our service is available on Sundays. Please note that increased rates apply.
