Is alcohol included in the quote price?

Alcohol is not supplied by BarBike and must be purchased separately, but to make that part easy we work with a trusted supplier who offers some of the best alcohol prices in WA — with convenient home delivery or pickup available from their Perth store. We’ll send you a pre-filled invoice directly from our supplier, so all you need to do is review, pay online, and choose delivery or pickup. The whole process only takes about 2 minutes, saves you money, and ensures we are in compliance with liquor regulations.

Are you licenced?

We are a registered food business and our bartenders hold valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificates, however we require you to supply the alcohol for your event from the spirits list we provide you. This allows you to purchase the liquor at a cheaper rate compared to what you would pay per-cocktail at a bar. We provide all other ingredients.

What size events can you do?

We serve events with 30 - 300 guests. Our minimum serving size is 20L.

How big is the bike?

It can fit through any space that’s wider than 900mm

Do you require electricity?

Accepted Answer

No, our bike is fully self-sufficient and can be setup almost anywhere. We do not require access to electricity, water or drainage.

Can the bike go up stairs?

Our bike is said to perform many-a-miracle, but going up stairs is not one of them. We require ground floor access or an elevator large enough to fit our bike.

Do you charge travel fees?

Pay ZERO travel fees for events located within 75km of Perth CBD. For events located 75km or more from Perth CBD there is a cost of $2.50 per additional kilometer. For events located more than 4 hours outside of Perth CBD we require a $250 overnight fee, per night, in addition to the travel fees.

Is glassware included?

Accepted Answer

Unbreakable glassware is included with all our packages (damage deposit required). We include eco-friendly disposable straws and glass collection service during the event.

How many kegs do you recommend?

We’ll always serve 4 of your chosen beverages. Our instant quote tool will automatically calculate the appropriate quanitity for your event, however, we give you full control over your final order in our My Booking dashboard on our website.

What happens if we don’t consume all the kegs?

Accepted Answer

No problem! We’ll pour off up to 10 liters of the remaining beverages into jugs (at no extra cost) for you to responsibly enjoy after we leave.

How far in advance should I book?

We require confirmation of booking at least 21 days before your event. We don't bookings more than 1 year in advance.

Are you available on public holidays?

Yes, we take bookings year round. Please note, increased rates apply on Sundays, Public Holidays and after hours (00:00 - 06:00) to ensure our bartender’s are paid in alignment with Australian fair-work wage guidelines.

Can I bring my own signage?

Yes, in most cases you're welcome to bring your own signage for us to display on our bike. Please specify this prior to booking.
