Alcohol is not supplied by BarBike and must be purchased separately. You're welcome to source the alcohol yourself, or we can send you a pre-filled invoice directly from our preferred supplier so all you need to do is review, pay online, and choose your delivery address.

Yes. We are a registered food business, our bartenders hold valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificates, and we are insured for Public and Products Liability coverage at $20,000,000.

Yes. Our Centrepieces can only be set up indoors. The BarBike and Essentials Bar can be set up indoors or outdoors with covered weather protection. If adequate protection is not provided, we may be unable to commence or continue service. In these circumstances, no refunds or credits can be issued.

BarBike services events up to 100 kilometres from Perth. Travel is free within 25 kilometres. For events more than 25 kilometres, a $4 per kilometre charge applies beyond 25 kilometres.

Unbreakable glassware is available for complimentary hire, with only a damage deposit required. We include eco-friendly disposable straws and glass collection service during the event. If you don’t consume all the cocktails from a BarBike cocktail bike service by the end of the service period, we’ll pour off up to 2 litres for each cocktail selection into bottles at no extra cost for you to responsibly enjoy after we leave.

This happens rarely, but in such cases the cocktail bike service will also end. Essentials Bar service will continue until the end of the planned service period.

Yes, our services are available on Sundays. Please note that Sundays carry a 20% surcharge.
