Every wedding has a different rhythm, guest list and drinks style. BarBike offers several ways to build your wedding bar service, from cocktails poured from our signature vintage tricycle to beer and wine service or a styled Cocktail and Champagne Centrepiece.

Choose the option that suits your celebration, or use different services across different parts of your wedding day.

When BarBike and Essentials Bar are combined, both are booked and charged for the full service duration, even if you choose to offer cocktails during only part of that time.

For couples who want cocktails to be part of the experience, BarBike brings a staffed mobile cocktail bar directly to your reception. Freshly prepared, ice-cold cocktails are poured from our signature vintage cocktail tricycle, creating both a drinks service and a memorable visual feature.

We provide the staff, all non-alcoholic cocktail ingredients, premium unbreakable cocktail glassware, ice, garnishes, setup and pack-down. You supply the alcohol, and we provide an exact shopping list based on your selected menu and quantities.

Weddings often create sudden rushes at the bar — after the ceremony, before speeches or as the dance floor opens. BarBike's premium draft system pours freshly made cocktails in seconds, helping keep service moving when everyone wants a drink at once.

Choose up to 4 cocktail, mocktail or zero-proof selections, with service available for between 2 and 12 hours. BarBike is suitable for weddings of up to 300 guests.

A complete staffed bar service for beer, wine, bubbles and other prepacked drinks. Includes our custom pop-up bar, premium unbreakable glassware, setup, pack-down and ongoing glassware collection.

For a different kind of wedding drinks experience, our Cocktail and Champagne Centrepieces turn the drinks themselves into part of the styling. Choose your cocktail or champagne quantities, then customise the florals and draping to suit the look of your celebration.

We prepare the Centrepiece fresh for your chosen ready time, provide premium unbreakable glassware, and handle delivery, setup, pack-down and collection after your celebration.

Designed Around Your Wedding Style

Cocktail Centrepieces can be customised with your preferred florals, draping style and cocktail menu, making them particularly suited to weddings where the drinks display should complement the styling of the room.

Choose between 24 and 48 cocktail serves, with up to 6 cocktail selections. Champagne Centrepieces are available for between 24 and 70 serves.
