BarBike offers several drinks options for smaller events, from a styled Cocktail or Champagne Centrepiece to a fully staffed mobile cocktail bar. Choose the level of service that makes sense for your group rather than paying for more than your celebration needs.

Made for Smaller Groups

For many small events, a Cocktail Centrepiece offers the sweet spot between making drinks yourself and hiring a fully staffed cocktail bar. Your cocktails are prepared fresh for your chosen ready time and presented as a styled feature for guests to enjoy.

Choose between 24 and 48 cocktail serves across up to 6 selections, giving smaller groups the opportunity to enjoy several different cocktails without needing a large number of serves of each.

A Cocktail Menu That Suits a Small Party

When there are only 10 to 25 people at the party, variety can matter more than sheer volume. Cocktail Centrepieces allow as few as 8 serves per cocktail selection, making it easier to offer your group a broader menu.

Customise the cocktails, florals and draping style to suit the celebration. Premium unbreakable glassware is included, and we handle delivery, setup, pack-down and collection.

For example, a group of 20 could choose 24 cocktail serves across three selections of 8. These quantities count drinks, not guests. Choosing all 6 selections requires at least 48 serves. You supply the alcohol; the Centrepiece is prepared for one ready time without ongoing bar staff.

A small guest list does not mean you cannot have a fully staffed cocktail bar. If you want someone taking care of the drinks throughout the celebration, BarBike brings our signature vintage cocktail tricycle and bar staff directly to your event.

Staffed BarBike bookings start at 10 guests, with at least 24 serves per cocktail selection. For a group below that guest minimum, or one wanting smaller quantities of several cocktails, consider a Centrepiece.

We provide the staff, non-alcoholic cocktail ingredients, premium unbreakable cocktail glassware, ice, garnishes, setup and pack-down. You supply the alcohol, and we provide an exact shopping list based on your menu and quantities.

Cocktails Without Playing Bartender

Having only a few guests can make hosting feel more personal, but it can also mean the host ends up making every drink. BarBike takes that job off your hands so you can spend the event with your guests instead.

Choose up to 4 cocktail, mocktail or zero-proof selections, with service available for between 2 and 12 hours.
