Your Own Staffed Cocktail Bar

For a hens party built around cocktails, BarBike brings a staffed mobile cocktail bar directly to the celebration. Freshly prepared, ice-cold cocktails are poured from our signature vintage cocktail tricycle, giving your group a dedicated bar without anyone at the party needing to spend the afternoon mixing drinks.

We provide the staff, all non-alcoholic cocktail ingredients, premium unbreakable cocktail glassware, ice, garnishes, setup and pack-down. You supply the alcohol, and we provide an exact shopping list based on your chosen cocktails and quantities.

For a smaller or more relaxed hens celebration, a Cocktail or Champagne Centrepiece gives you a different way to serve drinks without booking a staffed bar. We prepare and style the drinks for your chosen ready time, ready for your group to enjoy. You supply the cocktail alcohol or champagne.

Choose your cocktail or champagne quantities, then customise the florals and draping to suit the look of the party. We provide the premium unbreakable glassware and handle delivery, setup, pack-down and collection.

Cocktail Centrepieces are especially useful when you want several cocktail choices for a smaller group without needing a staffed bar for the whole event.

Choose between 24 and 48 cocktail serves, with up to 6 cocktail selections. Champagne Centrepieces are available for between 24 and 70 serves.

A complete staffed bar service for beer, wine, bubbles and other prepacked drinks. Includes our custom pop-up bar, premium unbreakable glassware, setup, pack-down and ongoing glassware collection.
