BarBike turns cocktail service into part of the event itself. Freshly prepared, ice-cold cocktails are served from our signature vintage cocktail tricycle, creating a distinctive focal point for guests while still delivering fast, practical bar service.

It works particularly well for company celebrations, client events, launches and networking functions where you want the bar to feel considered rather than purely functional.

Built for Busy Moments

Corporate events often have concentrated service periods, such as guest arrival, the end of presentations or the start of networking. BarBike's premium draft system pours freshly made cocktails in seconds, helping keep service moving when demand spikes.

Choose up to 4 cocktail, mocktail or zero-proof selections, with service available for between 2 and 12 hours. BarBike can cater for events of up to 300 guests.

Essentials Bar

Simple, Professional Drinks Service

A complete staffed bar service for beer, wine, bubbles and other prepacked drinks. Includes our custom pop-up bar, premium unbreakable glassware, setup, pack-down and ongoing glassware collection.

For networking events, office celebrations and larger functions where beer, wine and other packaged drinks make up most of the menu, the Essentials Bar provides a straightforward staffed service without needing a full cocktail setup.

BarBike + Essentials

Cocktails and the Classics

For larger corporate functions, BarBike and the Essentials Bar can work together. Cocktails remain a feature while guests can also choose beer, wine and other packaged drinks from a separate staffed bar.

This combination can work particularly well for events with a varied guest list, where some guests want a cocktail while others prefer a familiar beer, wine or sparkling option.

Both bars are booked and charged for the full service duration. Choosing different times to offer cocktails and other drinks does not create separate shorter bookings.

A Styled Welcome for Guests

Cocktail and Champagne Centrepieces offer a different approach for launches, receptions and smaller corporate events. Drinks are prepared for your chosen ready time and presented as a styled display for guests to enjoy.

Choose your cocktail or champagne quantities, florals and draping style. Premium unbreakable glassware is included, and we handle delivery, setup, pack-down and collection.

Smaller corporate events

When You Don’t Need a Full Bar

Not every corporate gathering needs bartenders for several hours. For smaller launches, team celebrations or welcome receptions, a Cocktail or Champagne Centrepiece can provide a polished drinks feature without ongoing staffed service.

Choose between 24 and 48 cocktail serves across up to 6 cocktail selections. Champagne Centrepieces are available for between 24 and 70 serves.
